Hope Repeats as Commissioner's Cup Champion

Hope College has won the Commissioner's Cup of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) for a record 27th time.

The Commissioner's Cup standings are determined using the cumulative standings from the 18 MIAA-sponsored sports for men and women.

Hope has won the Commissioner's Cup ten of the last 12 years.

Hope also topped the 2004-05 men's All-Sports standings and tied with Calvin for first place in the women's All-Sports standings.

Hope teams won or shared five conference championships this past school year -- men's golf, women's cross country, women's basketball, men's swimming/diving, and women's soccer.
