CPT Adds Another Performance of Charlotte’s Web

Hope Summer Repertory Theatre's Children's Performance Troupe is adding two additional performances of the popular Charlotte's Web on Thursday, August 13th at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Charlotte's Web based on the book by E.B. White, first published in 1952, opening July 15th.  It is a funny and touching story of loyalty, trust, and sacrifice.  Lovable characters such as Wilbur the pig, Templeton the rat, and Charlotte the spider will teach the audience about always seeking the best in others and the power of true friendship.  Seen as classic children's literature, this show will be sure to please young and old alike. 

HSRT still has plenty of performances left this season.  Visit the ticket office to reserve seats for Suds at the Knickerbocker Theatre on July 30, August 5, 8, 10, and 13, The Cmplt Wrks of Wm Shkspr...Abrdgd on August 1, 3, 6, 11, and 14, Little Women on July 30, August 4, 6, 12, and 15, Dog Park: the Musical on July 31, August 4, 6, and 12 and Click, Clack, Moo on July 31, August 5, 10, and 14 at 10:30 a.m. and August 3, 7, and 12 at 1:30 p.m. 

The ticket office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturday's at noon. On performance dates, the DeWitt Ticket Office will be open through intermission.  The ticket office is located in the DeWitt Cultural Center at 12th Street and Columbia Avenue. The DeWitt Theatre is located at 141 East 12th Street.  While 12th Street is under construction, the DeWitt and Martha Miller parking lots are both accessible from the North.
