The Engineering
Program is housed in VanderWerf and VanZoeren Halls.
Classrooms are equipped with blackboards
and overhead projectors.
The CAE Laboratory (described below) and
a lecture hall (with a seating capacity of 51) are equipped with
computer projection systems for use in lectures and in student
presentations. The lecture hall also provides VCR projection
capabilities. |
Faculty can also use computer projection
systems available in most classrooms.
Laboratories
The total engineering teaching and research laboratories,
and machine shop occupy 6,000 square feet of space. All laboratories
are equipped with a key-coded entry system to provide virtually unlimited
student access. A description of the various laboratory facilities used
by faculty and students follows.
