We do a lot of work for the DoD and the petrochemical industry. Recent projects include the design and testing of an anti-mine armor system for the HMMWV (in February, the first "field test" occurred--three soldiers in Bosnia survived an anti-tank mine detonation), numerically simulating the detonation of a chemical weapon, testing and analysis of buried pipelines subjected to abnormal surface loads, and blast- and fragment-testing of industrial components used by bad guys to manufacture bad things.
