Experiential Courses in Political Science

As part of the departmental restructuring effort, majors must take at least one 4 credit course providing experience in political science outside the classroom. This requirement aims to better prepare graduates for careers in political science and the changing world within which the discipline is practiced. There are several options to fulfill this requirement:

• POL 391 - Internship Program
• POL 395 - Campaign Management
• POL 496 - Washington Honors Semester
