Session Schedule

With the exception of a few weeks during the summer and around major holidays, CASA programs run throughout most of the Calendar year. This continuity is important in helping CASA students sustain the academic progress they make with us – and ultimately to succeed in school and life.

Academic Year Program

• 22 weeks long, September—December and January—April
• Each student attends two sessions per week lasting one and a half hours each
• Sessions begin right after school and end with students boarding buses by 5 p.m.

Summer Program

• Six weeks long, June through July
• Students attend four morning sessions per week lasting four hours each
• Students dismissed by noon each day
