Coping Tips to Manage Stress and Symptoms of Stress
If you feel stressed, here are a few tips to gain control over the aspect of your life that is most out-of-balance. It is possible that you will have to work on one or more categories in order to de-stress. Make your goals realistic!
Physical
- exercise and eat right
