Direct Deposit FAQs

Will I still receive my paper paystub?

No. You can view all the information online by logging into KnowHope Plus (click Employee, Pay Information, Pay Stub, Select Year, Select Payroll).

What if I don't have/don't remember my PIN number for KnowHope Plus?

Please contact CIT at x7670 and ask for the Help Desk.

Do I have to do Direct Deposit?

No. You have the option of receiving a regular paycheck.

Who can use Direct Deposit?

Everyone! Students, staff, and faculty are all eligible for Direct Deposit.

How will I see my Leave Balances (vacation, sick, etc.)?

Leave balances for hourly staff are available by logging into KnowHope Plus (click Employee, Leave Balances). Full instructions can be viewed here.

How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

How do I change where my Direct Deposit is going?

How do I know if my Direct Deposit went into my account?

Contact your banking institution.

What if I want a paper copy of my paystub for my records?

You may print the paystub information from KnowHope Plus.

How do I verify/print my paystub from home?

Log into plus.hope.edu (KnowHope Plus)

What happens if I close my bank account and forget to update my Direct Deposit and/or notity you?

You will need to call the Payroll Office at x7820.
