A professional photographer will be in the DeWitt Lounge on Thursday, August 27 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please avail yourself of this opportunity during one of the breaks or during a free moment. This will only take a minute of your time while benefitting you and your department immensely.

If you have not had a new photo taken at Hope, or if you would like to have an updated photograph this year, we ask that you plan to have your photo taken during this opportunity. Faculty request photos on a weekly basis for various professional uses. Please have yours taken so it's available whenever you need it. Thank you!

Note: All full-time faculty are expected to attend in academic vestments

Faculty enter at the West entrance and gather in the South Hallway (outside lockerrooms) under the concourse. Be in line and ready to process at 1:30 pm.
The Processional will begin at 1:50 pm.
Faculty who need gowns can obtain them from the Hope Geneva Bookstore. Hoods are rented and must be reserved in advance.
Deadline for Hood Reservations at the Bookstore: August 1
