Withdrawing Students

Use this form only if you DO NOT plan to complete the current semester and will be withdrawing from all your classes.

If you will be completing the current semester, but not returning for next semester, please see information under "Non-Returning Students".

To receive a Withdrawal Form, fill out this form completely and click Send. Hope College's Office of the Registrar will send the form to the address entered below. Please specify only one valid e-mail address.
