“Health Insurance Reform vs. Healthcare Reform: A Brief Overview of How Political Debate is Shaping America’s Health System for the Next Several Decades” by Tom Boyer, Maas Conference Room Tom Boyer, Director, Government Affairs, Novo Nordisk, Inc. B.A., Hope College, will speak about Health Insurance Reform vs. Healthcare Reform, on Wednesday, November 4 at 4:00 p.m. in the Maas Conference Room. He will discuss how the health reform debate is progressing in Washington, the key differences between "health insurance reform" and "healthcare reform", and other issues related to this topic. He will have a questions and answer period following the talk. All are welcome! |

Phelps Scholars Production: My Name Is Asher Lev, DeWitt Theatre We're reading Chaim Potok's My Name Is Asher Lev in FYS this fall--a great book. Last January, Aaron Posner's script, based on the novel, had its world premiere at the Arden Theatre Company in Philadelphia. Just a few months later, some of our students are bringing the play to life on stage in the De Witt Theatre. Please come support them. |
