The annual senior art show at Hope College, “Exceptional Spaces,” combines works by graduating studio art and art education majors. The 14 women with work in the exhibition will be displaying art in every form, from ceramics, to animation, to installation, to bookbinding.

On September, 18, 2014 the Scottish government will hold a referendum on independence from Britain. The question will be: “Should Scotland be an independent country?” On Wednesday, April 16 from noon to 1 pm in the rotunda on the first floor of the Martha Miller Center join the students in British and Irish History since 1700 to explore what might happen—and why. They will present the case for independence, the case against, and a prediction of the outcome.
