Beginning this fall, the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations will introduce Parent Access, an online chat series where parents can chat with a particular campus leader by typing questions and reading responses immediately. The goal is to provide parents direct access to information at Hope and take advantage of new forms of technology to share information with parents.
The program consists of a moderated online question and answer session between parents and campus administrators. Parents will be able to log onto www.hope.edu/parents at a specific date and time and submit questions on a topic to a Hope staff person. Each question that is submitted to the staff person will be seen by all parents on the chat and the answer will also be visible by everyone. There will be no audio or video to these chat sessions; there will only be the typed questions and answers.
