Faculty Recital Will Feature
Combined and Solo Performances

HOLLAND -- The final recital in the 2000-01
Faculty Recital Series at Hope College will be presented on
Sunday, March 11, at 4 p.m. in Wichers Auditorium of Nykerk
Hall of Music.
The public is invited. Admission is free.
Classical guitarists Larry Malfroid and Robert
Lunn will open the performance as they combine their talents
on William Lawes' "Suite for Two Guitars."
Husband and wife duo, Kristin Ward, clarinet, and
Steven Ward, bassoon, will perform Robert Brownlow's "Five
Movements for Clarinet and Bassoon" together.
Tenor Stuart Sharp will be accompanied by pianist
Charles Aschbrenner as he performs "Seven Elizabethan
Lyrics" by Roger Quilter.
Rebecca Van De Walker, flute, and Jun Okada,
piano, will close the recital with Otar Taktakishvili's
"Sonata for Flute and Piano."
Nykerk Hall of Music is located in the middle of
the Hope campus, along the former 12th Street between
College and Columbia avenues. Additional information about
