Present Organ Recital on Monday, Oct. 1

HOLLAND -- Hope College faculty member Huw Lewis will present an organ recital on Monday, Oct. 1, at 7 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
The public is invited. Admission is free. Lewis, a professor of organ, music theory and church music with the department of music, has performed around the world, and continues to perform professionally.
This concert has been rescheduled to October 1 from an earlier date because work was being done on the organ.
Lewis' performance will include pieces by Cesar Franck, Leo Delibe and Charles Francois Gounod. He will also perform Jehan Ariste Alain's "Trois Danses," and close the recital with movements from Charles-Marie Widor's Fifth Symphony.
Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located on College Avenue at 12th Street on the Hope College campus.
