Hope College senior softball player Candace Graham has been honored for excellence in both the classroom and on the field of play.

The biology major from Hudsonville, Mich. is a first team honoree on the ESPN The Magazine academic all-district college division softball team.

She is now eligible for consideration as an Academic All-American.

A four-year softball letterwinner who established several single season records this spring, Graham maintained a 3.71 grade point average. She is a 2001 graduate of Hudsonville High School.
