Hope College will feature The Grand Rapids Guitar Quartet on Thursday, Jan. 31, at 7:30 p.m. at the Knickerbocker Theatre in downtown Holland.

The quartet will present a program of transcriptions of masterworks as well as music originally written for guitar quartet.

The quartet is comprised of four guitarists residing in the West Michigan area: Andrew Bergeron, Brian Morris, Michael Stockdale and Jason Werkema. The quartet's performances have received an overwhelmingly positive response from the audiences at the group's sold-out performances.

Tickets for the performance are on sale at the ticket office in the main lobby of the DeVos Fieldhouse, and are $5 for regular admission, and free for Hope College students, faculty and staff, and children 18 and under. The ticket office is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be called at (616) 395-7890.

The DeVos Fieldhouse is located at 222 Fairbanks Ave., between Ninth and 11th streets. The Knickerbocker Theatre is located at 86 E. Eighth St.
