Roster Addition Form
This form may only be used to add players to an existing roster. It may
not be used to submit an entire team.
A player's name submitted via this form before game time is eligible for that
evening's event (and the rest of the season) only if:
- The player is not already registered on another team
- The player is not currently playing a varsity sport
If one of these stipulations is broken, your team will incur a forfeit.
