Non-Traditional
Students
What is a nontraditional
student?
Hope College not only has students of traditional college age (18-22) but
also many students who do not fit into this specific category. Here are
some characteristics of nontraditional students:
Age 23
or older
Married and living off campus
part time students
Students coming back to college to finish their education.
Students beginning their college educations after working for a number
of years.
May have families and/or current job responsibilities
