Reserving a Room

As an official student group, you are able to reserve a room on campus for meetings and events. All you need to do is fill out the online form.. This form allows you to specify any equipment and setup needs. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once it has been processed. If you have questions, you can call Conference Services at x7220.

Having Food at your Event

If you plan on having any food at your event, it must be catered by Hope's Dining Services. The menu options, and the online order form are available on the Catering Website.
