Parkview Apartments

Parkview Apartments are located at 161 E. 9th Street and can house a total of 48 students in 12 apartments. Each apartment has its own outside entrance and basement. There is a kitchen/dining room area and living room located on each first floor. On each second floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The apartments are all equipped with central air conditioning. All the kitchens are furnished with a refrigerator and stove/oven, in addition to a dining table with four chairs. Each living room furniture has a couch, two chairs, coffee table and end table. Each bedroom has two beds which can be bunked, a closet, and at least three dressers. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of each apartment.
