Donated to Hope College in August of 1957, the Sigma Cottage is located at 135 East 14th Street and can house up to 8 students.

This house first served as the original Welmers Cottage until it was converted into the Sigma Sigma Sorority house.

This cottage was named after the Sigma Sigma Sorority.
