Clery Act Information
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act or Clery Act is a federal statute that requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses.

Timely warnings are issued when a criminal incident occurs on or near campus that represents a serious and continuing threat to the person and well-being of students and employees. They are intended to aid in the prevention of similar crimes by alerting the campus community, thereby enabling community members to take necessary precautions.
