Jupy Honeycutt teaches Global Supply Chain Management, which introduces juniors and seniors to real-world applications of international business through a supply chain lens. Utilizing case studies, guest speakers, lectures and group projects, students learn about the current and future direction of the supply chain function within organizations and its relationship to all of a firm’s activities.
Professor Honeycutt brings professional experience to this topic. As a senior logistics manager for Gap, Inc., she planned and managed the global inbound flow of air and ocean shipments from 50 origin cities into 15 distribution centers. Earlier, she was a business analyst for an international airfreight company and a project manager for a communications firm.
She has been teaching at Hope since 2017.
