Pat Van WylenGlobal Travel Program Coordinator
Pat Van Wylen joined Hope in 2018 as the global travel coordinator. Through the Development and Alumni Engagement Office, the Global Travel Program plans to offer two–four international travel programs per year. Many of our programs will be custom-designed and faculty-led. On others, the education will be provided by locals and scholars recruited by our tour operator. Either way, you’ll have an enriching experience and return home a better informed citizen of the world.
Previously, Pat worked in St. Olaf's College's International and Off-Campus Studies Office, organizing and co-leading a variety of international study abroad programs for St. Olaf College students. More recently she co-led alumni and family travel programs. In addition to having a passion for learning through travel, she also promotes health and wellness and has taught Health Dynamics at Hope.

Why I Love Hope
In today's complex world, Pat is excited for the education channels that Hope makes available for students and alumni to stretch themselves and have a wider appreciation and understanding about people across the globe.
