The Hope College women’s and men’s track & field teams have captured multiple national academic honors from the United States Track & Field Cross Coaches Association.

The Flying Dutch and Flying Dutchmen both earned 2018 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team distinction for the 12th consecutive season with at least 3.10 cumulative team GPAs.

Coached by Kevin Cole, the Flying Dutch and Flying Dutchmen recorded team GPAs of 3.66 and 3.27.

Thirteen Hope student-athletes made the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team after compiling a cumulative GPA of 3.3 and have met at least one of the following athletic standards: 

Competed in an NCAA Indoor or Outdoor Championship
Finished the regular season ranked in the national top 35 in an individual event or ranked in the national top 25 (collective listing) in a relay event on the official NCAA POP list provided by TFRRS.org
