The Hope College women’s soccer team will make its sixth appearance in NCAA Division III Tournament after receiving at-large berth.

The 17th-ranked Flying Dutch will kick off postseason play on Friday, November 9 with a first-round game against Bridgewater College (Virginia) at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.

Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. between Hope (14-2-2) and Bridgewater (15-3-1).

Friday’s winner will face either Otterbein (16-2-1) and Dominican University, Illinois (18-2) in a second-round game on Saturday, November 10.

Hope is making its third consecutive trip to the national tournament and fourth in five years under head coach Leigh Sears.

Last season, the Flying Dutch advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before losing at the University of Chicago.

Hope claimed an at-large berth to the NCAA Tournament after finishing runner-up in the MIAA Tournament.
