Hope College Orchestra to Perform on Feb. 27
The Hope College Orchestra will perform on Saturday, Feb. 27, at 7:30 p.m. The concert can be viewed online at hope.edu/live.
Out of an abundance of caution due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no in-person audience.
The program will include “Variations on a Theme by Tchaikovsky, op. 35,” by Anton Arensky; “Fünf Stücke für Streichorchester, op. 44,” by Paul Hindemith; and “Steel City Strut,” by Danny Seidenberg.
The orchestra is directed by Dr. Christopher H. Fashun, who is an assistant professor of music and director of orchestras at Hope.
