The H2 Dance Company of Hope College will present its fall concert on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 28-29, and Friday and Saturday, Nov. 4-5, at 7:30 p.m. in the Knickerbocker Theatre in downtown Holland.

H2 Dance Company is a pre-professional dance company associated with the Hope College Department of Dance. This year’s performance tackles questions of community: who is it, how has it changed and what does it look like? Through a series of dance works that used the idea of community as its impetus, the company explores both lighthearted and more serious aspects of the topic.

The November 4 and 5 performances expand community to a global experience as seven dancers from the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo of Guayaquil, Ecuador, will be joining H2 Dance Co. and presenting work from their repertoire. Additionally, these students will be in residence at Hope College and in the dance department from Sunday, Oct. 31, through Sunday, Nov. 6.

The members of the H2 Dance Co. Company are: Jennifer Almquist, Kylea Canada, Kailoni Christian, Cate Jarboe, Maddie Korff-Nelson, Fara Ling, Erin Maher, Abby Mains, Hannah McGrew, Taryn Meyer, Morgan Mohler, Sloane Provost, Jill Reitzel, Elayna Sitzman, Cali Smith, Miranda Stepchuck and Madeline Williams.

Tickets are $10 for regular admission, $7 for senior citizens and Hope faculty and staff, $5 for children age 13 to 18, and free for Hope students and children 12 and under.  Tickets are available at the ticket office in the Events and Conferences Office located downtown in the Anderson-Werkman Financial Center (100 E. Eighth St.). The ticket office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be called at 616-395-7890. Tickets are also available online at hope.edu/tickets
