As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

Organized by Hope students, the 24-hour event is conducted on behalf of Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in downtown Grand Rapids, both to raise funds and to build awareness of the hospital’s work. Vespers 2022 Photo Gallery
The Vespers program of Christmas carols and anthems was presented by the college’s Department of Music and featured more than 200 performers in historic Dimnent Memorial Chapel. The services featured a variety of Hope instrumental and vocal groups as well as the college’s historic Skinner organ.
