A day later, the student-organized event ended with another, raising its highest total yet, $340,172.20, on behalf of the children served by Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital of Grand Rapids.

    “IMAGES: A Reflection of Cultures” took place on Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Knickerbocker Theatre. An international showcase and cuisine provided a sampling of cultural heritage from around the world. The showcase featured an array of skits, dance, song and other clips of culture and language. More than 60 students participated from several countries.
