Breaks
Due to COVID-19, there are no breaks during the fall 2020 semester when students can apply to remain on campus.
College housing closes for Semester Break (between fall and spring semesters) at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.
All residents are expected to be out of their respective living unit by this time, unless they have received approval from Residence Life to stay late after filling out the Request to Remain Late form.
Please note that if your reason is not college-related (e.g., working on campus, research, athletics), there is a $75 fee per day to remain late or to move in early. Residents must check out with their RA prior to leaving campus.
All on-campus housing (apartments, cottages and residential halls) will re-open at 12 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
This page will be updated as needed for spring 2021.
Dining During BreakIf you’re planning to stay on campus over recess/breaks, please check the Dining Services website for the days/hours they’re open.
