Cottages and Apartments

Houses (called “cottages”) and small and large apartment complexes surround the core of our campus, and are dispersed throughout the beautiful downtown Holland.   

Because each cottage and apartment complex is unique, the occupancy and layout varies by location. Every cottage and apartment is fully furnished with living room furniture, kitchen appliances (refrigerator and stove) and a dining table and chairs. Most rooms are double occupancy and every student is provided with the following:

• XL twin bed
• Desk and chair
• Dresser

Students supply the other necessities.

Each cottage has one Resident Assistant (RA) and every apartment complex has at least one RA as well. The cottage/apartments are divided into the below neighborhoods.
