Purchased in December 1988, Champion Apartments can house up to seven students. These apartments are split into two two-person apartments, and one three-person apartment. The apartments have a resident assistant and are included in the Centennial Neighborhood.

• Dresser
• Couch
• Coffee table
• Dining table and chairs

This apartment building is named in honor of the Champion family, who were its previous owners.
