Opportunities for Students
Students in every discipline can get involved with research at Hope College.
Hope is consistently awarded more National Science Foundation grants for undergraduate research than any other liberal arts college in the country and ranks #22 in undergraduate research/creative project opportunities — ahead of Cornell and among universities like Yale, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Princeton, Michigan, Amherst and Wooster.
Opportunities for students include:
- Celebration of Undergraduate Research and Creative Performance
- Day1 Research Communities
- Fulbright Scholarships
- National Conferences on Undergraduate Research
- Summer Hope Academic Research Program (SHARP)
Many departments also offer research opportunities that are not listed here. Check with your advisor or with each department for more information.
