Columbia Apartments is made up of five air-conditioned apartments; each has its own outside entrance and can house up to four students.

The main floor consists of a kitchen, half-bath and living room. The kitchen has a table with chairs and the living room comes equipped with a couch, two chairs, two end tables with lamps and a coffee table.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a closet. Each bedroom has two beds that can be bunked (no lofts), its own closet and a dresser.

Apartments are carpeted with the exception or bathroom and kitchen. There is also a large unfinished basement.
