Oggel offers four furnished apartments that have window air-conditioner units. Each two-person apartment includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom and one bedroom. Oggel Apartments can also function as married housing. Laundry facilities are available in the basement.

These apartments have a Resident Assistant, and are included in the North Lincoln neighborhood.
