Parkview Apartments can house 36 students in 12 three-person apartments.

Each apartment has its own outside entrance and a washer and dryer in each apartment basement. A kitchen/dining area and living room are located on each first floor with two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. One bedroom is a single and the other is a double. It is furnished with:

• Central air conditioning
• Refrigerator and stove/oven
• Dining table with four chairs
• Couch, two chairs, coffee table and end table
• Beds which can be bunked, a closet and dressers
