Office Manager Political Science & Washington D.C. Honors Semester Administrative SpecialistAs office manager in the Department of Political Science, Kimberly provides support for the chair and faculty, as well as for a variety of department-related programs, including Model United Nations.
As administrative specialist for the Washington Honors Semester, she provides administrative support for the program, particularly in coordinating the “Policy Interview” portion of the semester in which students engage with a wide range of actors, including journalists, campaign officials, senators, House members and a variety of interest group representatives.
She joined Hope in 2019 and brings to her work extensive experience working with high school students as a mentor and college students as an academic advisor, support staffer and administrator.

OUTSIDE THE COLLEGE
Kimberly and her husband, Scott, returned to West Michigan after spending time in Iowa, Kentucky and on the east side of Michigan. They live in Holland in a recently renovated home near the beach that was originally built in 1901. They are active members of Pillar Church. They enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing and boating.
