The annual Hope College senior art exhibition, “Out of Touch,” will open with a reception in the De Pree Art Center and Gallery on Friday, April 6, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited to both the exhibition and the reception. Admission is free.
The exhibition will feature work by graduating seniors who have majors in art or art history: Saem Cho, Carolyn Ellis, Julia Hines, Hannah Jacobs and Brianne Munch. Media represented will include painting, sculpture, videography, mixed media, photography, installation, ceramics, drawing and printmaking. A capstone essay for art history will also be on display.
The exhibition will continue through Sunday, May 6.
The De Pree Art Center and Gallery is located at 275 Columbia Ave., between 10th and 13th streets. The gallery is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
