Athletics
As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

Awards and recognitions were presented to Hope College students during the annual Honors Convocation at Dimnent Memorial Chapel on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

The college presented and announced special prizes and awards, all-campus and senior awards, and departmental prizes and awards. Recognition included announcement of the students inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest scholastic honorary society, and Mortar Board, a national honor society that recognizes students for scholarship, leadership and service. The event was livestreamed and is available for viewing.
