Campus Life Class of 2026 Generational Students
This fall, Hope will welcome 129 incoming students with generational ties. From mothers and fathers to great-great-grandparents, these students will follow in the footsteps of the many family members who have graduated from Hope College before them. Campus Life Retired Advancement V.P. and Former Dean Robert N. DeYoung Dies
Robert N. DeYoung of Holland, who across 35 years at Hope earned the affectionate sobriquet “Mr. Hope College” through his service in admissions, student development and college advancement, died on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022. He was 89.

Arts Holland artist's illustrations come to life onstage with 'Lulu and the Long Walk'
13 On Your SideA very special musical is on stage now at Hope College thanks to a unique collaboration. It's a children's picture book come to life. It's called "Lulu and the Long Walk". The musical is based on the book written by Jars of Clay lead singer Dan Haseltine and illustrated by Holland artist Joel Schoon-Tanis.
