    Author Matt de la Peña to Deliver Keynote as Part of Little Read

    Author Matt de la Peña, who has two books featured in this year’s Little Read Lakeshore for children, will deliver a keynote address about the transformative nature of literature and the power of education on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. at Hope College in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

    StrikeTime Dance to Present Concerts for Children on Nov. 5 and 9

    Hope College dance affiliate StrikeTime Dance Theatre will present a live dance event for children, “Dancing Through the Pages: Last Stop on Market Street,” on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m. at Herrick District Library, and Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.in the Concert Hall of the college’s Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.
