Academics Lecture Series to Debut with “Gene Therapy 101 – What you should know”
The new Rodger Kobes and Michael Keller Science and Human Health Lectureship at Hope College will debut with the general-audience address “Gene Therapy 101 — What you should know” by Dr. Anne Connolly of Columbus Nationwide Children’s Hospital on Thursday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. in Winants Auditorium of Graves Hall.”

Academics Neuroscientist Leah Chase Receives NSF Mid-Career Research Award
Dr. Leah Chase, professor of biology and chemistry at Hope College, has received a Mid-Career Advancement award from the National Science Foundation in support of her ongoing research on the fundamental biochemical mechanisms that cells, particularly the brain’s cells, use to combat oxidative insult and injury.
