Racquet Sports Management
The Racquet Sports Management program is a collaboration between the Hope College Department of Kinesiology, the United States Tennis Association (USTA), the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) and the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).
We place a strong emphasis on real-life experience that is gained throughout the program when students intern at the DeWitt Tennis Center, a fully-functioning tennis and racquet sports facility located on our campus. Students will learn first-hand what it’s like to work with club members of all ages and experience levels while gaining valuable hours learning from industry experts.
RSM is where you get to follow your passion for tennis and combine it with an academic degree of your choice along with certification from the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) and the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).
Why RSM?
- 100% job placement rate
- Paid summer internships
- 70% of students have job offers prior to graduation
- Teach real students at our award-winning indoor and outdoor facilities located on campus

Upon completion of the kinesiology minor and the RSM program, students will receive certification through both the RSPA and the PTR. Students will have the opportunity to study in award-winning tennis facilities and learn from nationally recognized racquet sports professionals.
