Our Global Health program unites faculty and students from the divisions of Natural & Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, and Arts and Humanities in collaborative learning, research and service.

We aim to enlarge students’ capacity for critical thinking about the complex conditions and structures of our world that affect the health and well-being of humanity.

As a Global Health major or minor, you will

  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary faculty team recognized for their excellence in teaching and research
  • Learn to recognize both problems and possibilities in current efforts to address global health issues
  • Develop skills necessary to credibly and creatively pursue solutions for enhancing the holistic health of our global society
  • Engage in hands-on collaborative projects in our neighboring communities and across the world as you practice faith-inspired service and leadership to meet health needs
