College East Apartments is a co-ed, upperclassmen community. It houses up to 112 students in 23 apartments. College East is supervised by a resident director and three resident assistants, one on each floor.

Each apartment has

  • Two bedrooms (one double and one triple)
  • A bathroom, living and dining room area, and kitchen
  • Window blinds

  • Extra long twin beds (80 inches)
  • Dressers
  • One desk per student
  • Desk chairs
  • One couch
  • One love seat
  • Dining table and chairs
  • Coffee table, end tables and lamp

The second-floor lounge has a big-screen TV, board games and comfortable furniture. A printer station is located on the third floor in a space that provides lots of tables and chairs for studying. Laundry facilities are provided in the basement.
