Tree House Apartments are located above Glik's Boutique in downtown Holland. There are four apartments housing eight students. Apartments come stocked with the basics, including:

• Bed (no lofts allowed)
• Desk and desk chair
• Kitchen table and chairs
• Couch
• Cleaning supplies
• Refrigerator
