Denise began her college nursing career in 2015 after working 12 years in the emergency department. She is also a sexual assault nurse examiner and has worked with Resilience: Advocates for Ending Violence since 2007.

Hope College is a beautiful college with beautiful people. Denise loves having the opportunity to connect with students and work with a wonderful team of medical professionals.

OUTSIDE THE COLLEGE

Denise is married and the mom of four amazing and equally annoying kids. Along with her job at Hope College, she manages to taxi (everyone everywhere), cook (a lot of food), clean (not so well) and schedule life (sports practices, games, ortho appointments and play dates) for her family. She wouldn't have it any other way!
