Donna Essenburg is the project assistant at the physical plant. She began as a job-share in 2008 and started full-time in December 2013. She assists the physical plant project manager with building and demolition projects on campus.

Why I love Hope

Donna loves the interaction and relationships she has begun with the students who work in the physical plant. She finds it very rewarding to form friendships with the kids and watch how they grow from freshman year to senior year and beyond into adulthood with their own families.

Outside the college

Donna enjoys spending time with her family at her summer cottage, which she calls their “happy place.” They like to go boating, cruise the park in their golf carts and enjoy evening camp fires with friends.
