Megan Scheldt joined Hope College Athletics in 2026 as director of the Orange and Blue Fund and corporate sponsorships. She leads strategic efforts to grow the Orange and Blue Fund, expand corporate partnerships and generate essential support for the athletics program.

At Hope, Scheldt previously worked in the Boerigter Center for Calling and Career from 2015–2026, most recently serving as the director of student engagement and operations. She also served the college as an instructor in the Leadership minor. She spent three years on the staff of the Hope women’s lacrosse program.

Scheldt continues to serve as an advisor to the college’s Kappa Delta Chi sorority and participates as a member of the college’s Grievance Process Pool.

Scheldt earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Vincent College in 2013 and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University in 2015. 

As a student-athlete, Scheldt played four seasons of lacrosse at Saint Vincent, totaling 96 career goals, including a career-best 31 as a senior. At Lourdes, she served as an assistant coach and helped start the institution’s program.
